The collaboration begins with a conversation around your professional goals, and then we dive into the basics: refining your resume and cover letter, and properly identifying your key behaviors, values, and motivators to map out your ideal work environment with our DISC Career Assessment. From there we will start to build the business of You, Inc. through a step-by-step process supported by personal interaction in the form of coaching checkpoints.
But it gets better. We make the process entirely customized to your situation and desired career goals, building out and considering the specific needs and requirements of your new career plan along the way. Then, when it’s time to take your business to market, you have the option to “hire” us to facilitate your job search – we’ll do everything from finding the right jobs to submitting your resume and applications, and then presenting you personally to interested employers. As the hiring process progresses, we will remain by your side with more personal coaching to ensure you’ll finally land that dream job and make your comprehensive career plan a reality.
